Shipping
Orders received by Monday 12pm (Pacific) typically ship on Tuesday afternoon. Orders received by Thursday 12pm (Pacific) typically ship on Friday afternoon.
A confirmation email with tracking information is sent on the day of shipment. Payment authorization is held until the day of shipment, and the transaction is finalized simultaneously with the shipping label purchase.
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time and are the actual live rates returned to us from the shipping carrier based on the order size and destination zip code. We do not add any shipping or handling charges to the shipping rate.
All packages are shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please note that UPS Ground is unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If you have any particular concerns or requests, please include a note with your order or contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Refunds & Returns
We do our best
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. We can provide product exchanges or replacements in the case of damaged products, and can also arrange to have the purchase refunded if the items are deemed unsatisfactory. We are sincere in providing generous customer support, but do reserve the right to decline a refund if there is suspected abuse (e.g. repeated returns from the same customer).
